For comfort and privacy, all windows are closed with automatic blackout curtains if necessary. Special attention was paid to the visual lightening of the main massive objects

As a result, the main part of the fireplace is lifted off the floor, the chimney (7 m long and weighing 3 tonnes) literally hovers above the hearth. Sitting in the fireplace area, you can simultaneously enjoy the fire and water outside the window. The concrete staircase in the hall is as airy as possible. A transparent fence, gaps between the steps, and white marble add lightness. Special dies were made to create curved railings
