The modern residence is built on the bank of the river. The architects had the task of creating a modern cosy country house with elements of "Alpine chalet". For the interior design they chose natural materials: copper, stone and wood. The combination of modern forms and classic elements of decoration formed the unique character of the chalet

The layout of the building is simple and functional. The fireplace room, kitchen, dining room, hall, cloakroom are united by a cube covered with natural copper. It is the centrepiece of the 1st floor. Inside it there is a cupboard, a built-in kitchen, the supporting structures of the building, and a decorative niche with plants

The entire first floor is occupied by bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has access to a private terrace. In the basement there is a recreation room with a billiard table, as well as all technical rooms. The main accent of the billiard room was the pattern on the concrete ceiling, which was covered with 150 metres of cable

Special attention was paid to technical details and interior details (ventilation grids, shower drains, lighting, doors, etc.)
